This site is operated by Vyapti, an early-stage venture building the Vyom operational-intelligence platform. Vyapti is not yet incorporated; its founder is responsible for the practices described here. For any question about this policy or your information, email privacy@vyapti.io.
This policy covers the website at vyapti.io. It does not cover a live Vyom customer product, because there isn't one yet. When we take on design partners and process their operational data, that is governed by a separate written agreement with each partner, not by this website policy.
When you email us or request access, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, company, and whatever you write in your message. We only ask for what we need to have a real conversation.
Like almost every website, our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard server information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and timestamps. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure, and understand aggregate traffic. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies today, and runs no third-party analytics or tracking. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and communicate with you. They process information only to provide their service to us:
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to our relationship with you, and we delete it on request. Server logs are retained by our providers for a limited period for security and operations.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. To exercise any of these, email privacy@vyapti.io and we will handle it directly.
We hold information with care and standard safeguards, in line with the practices described on our Data & Security page. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for any cross-border transfer.
This site is meant for business users and is not directed at children.
If we change this policy, we will update the page and the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear.
